A brief personal biography....

Justin "Jace" C. Stapley was born to Thyrle and Roberta Stapley and raised in Gilbert, AZ as one of four boys. He served an honorable mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Boston, MA and Manchester, NH Missions, Spanish Program and is a BYU graduate in Family Sciences with an emphasis in Intervention and Prevention/Education. While a student, he interned as Assistant Director of Program Development with the Rape Crisis Center, Orem, UT and developed and spearheaded the first rape/date-rape program ever presented throughout high schools along the Wasatch Front (grades 9-12). He then began his counseling experience as a Counselor, Therapist with DBC – Developmental Behavioral Consultants in Mesa, AZ providing on site services to State-house children and home-based therapy as well. He taught high school Seminary and served as a Religious Representative and Youth Committee Head with the Interfaith Action Coalition, AZ.
His counseling experience continued as a Counselor and administrative assistant for CRS Counseling. During this time, Jace served as a NGO Delegate, United Nations Lobbyist with World Congress internationally, specifically in bilingual (Spanish-English) lobbying with U. N. Delegates. At conferences, he was responsible for team leadership, facilitation and assistance in development of world declarations and policy. As Regional Director of International Voice for Youth (IVY), he served as a group leader, facilitator, and international lobbyist. He coordinated public relations, headed Chapter Organization and Constitution development, developed training materials, networking and handled recruiting and media coverage. Later, while employed by the LDS Church and living in SLC, UT, Jace completed the Behavioral Rehabilitation/Modification Certification through LDS Welfare Services Rehabilitation and provided life skills counseling and instruction for some time. He also has experience and background in business and finance. He operated and owned two small businesses, one in landscaping/development, the other dealing with auto, boat and RV detailing. He also spent 4 years as a Business Financing Account Manager with Amerifund, providing financial solutions for new and growing companies nationwide.
Jace is currently serving as Director / Vice President of Family Dynamics International, Inc. and focused on Public Affairs and Public Relations in interfaith, political, educational, and sociological circles. He provides private instruction as a Life Skills Coach as President of Compass Development, JCS. He is currently a Sr. Instructional Designer at the Wal-Mart corporate offices in the Leadership Development department. He is married to Karis Ann Jenkins and serves as a Ward Missionary in his ward. Jace and Karis are proud parents to their son, Cole. They currenlty reside in Centerton, Arkansas.
